There are a lot of unknowns here and a lot of work to be carried out. I don’t think it can be rushed or an exact time frame be given straight away. The equipment can reach a certain distance some access will be required to the center of the roof. This of course depends on the suitability and safety of walking along the gullies. There appears to be some fragile roof panels and a system will have to be worked out to clear the gullies effectively.

Most importantly it would appear that some method needs to be devised to unblock any downpipes as this might be causing issues. Obviously, more than happy to discus this further.

Task 1.0

Clear roof gullies properly. Examine and see if possible to unblock downpipes (although this is problematic) due to covers and climb guards being placed around downpipes effectively restricting access to the top and bottom.
